We currently deliver across Uganda, with plans to expand across East Africa.
Delivery availability may vary depending on location.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Kampala & Central Region: 1–3 business days

  • Upcountry Locations: 2–5 business days

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping may apply for qualifying orders (as advertised).

  • Remote areas may attract additional charges.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping fees as logistics costs change.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted third-party couriers. Once an order is dispatched, delivery responsibility is transferred to the courier.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

Customers must inspect items upon delivery.
Any damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours with clear photo evidence.

Failure to report within this timeframe may void claims.

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
